Poor customer service. The service department failed to put my oil filter on properly and they cracked the seal which made the oil leak from the engine and I didn't know about it till my engine was making a funny noise. When I take to the owner he really didn't care at all about me or how the car was doing so I felt like I got ripped off. And now I'm just having more problems with my new car that I bought off of them. It just seems like they just sell trashy cars that they don't inspect before they put on there lot. Save your money don't go buy a car off of them it's more of a hassle then anything.
Smooth experience. Would recommend. Purchased car w/ warranty (5 year/60000 miles). Been driving the new SUV for 2 months now.
